Boca Chica is a project that brought together the HAPI and Solana teams to create the most user-friendly IDO platform on the Solana blockchain. With Boca Chica, the project team aims to set the trend for the new IDO paradigm by eliminating the biggest inconvenience in such projects: dependence on tokens.
The YouMinter team is happy to announce the upcoming release on this platform. This means that the project will be launched without any tokens, and its users won’t need to be token holders to work with it.
According to Boca Chica, tokens discourage commercial activity during the early stages of fundraising, and the new coin does not have enough credibility among the audience. YouMinter’s philosophy is to maximize the comfort and accessibility of NFT for both more experienced audiences and non-crypto users.

You don’t need crypto at all to become a user of the app. Also, there is no need to understand dozens of tools: all the functionality to create, select, buy and exhibit NFTs is in your smartphone and is available in just a couple of taps.

There will be a 2-round model involved:
NEAR Round. Each participant wishing to enter should stake on NEAR with the Validator. It allows you to participate in the sale and place your deposit in NEAR coins. Attention: This is only possible through the Boca Chica interface! Please note the minimum and maximum allocations. It is 5 and 50 NEAR, respectively. In total, we collect 9,000 NEAR at the rate of 0.15 NEAR for 1 UMINT. The re-subscription round lasts for 6 hours, after that the tokens will be allocated proportionally to the contributions. The rest of NEAR will be returned.
HAPI Round. The second round is the HAPI round. It allows the HAPI community to participate as well. The minimum allocation of a round is 1 HAPI and the maximum is 20 HAPI. In this round, we collect 200 HAPI at a rate of 0.03 HAPI for 1 UMINT. The round lasts 6 hours, then tokens will be allocated proportionally to the contributions. Remaining HAPIs will be returned to the holders.
